This Stratton loose powder compact is decorated with the popular flying mallards design. The gold tone base has an engine turned design of concentric circles, that dates this compact from the late 1940s to the mid 1950s. "Made in England" is engraved above the mirror. The striped inner lid covering the powder tray, has the Stratton "compact in hand" logo in the centre. The compact has a black protective pouch.
This item has never been used, still has the original sticker on the mirror and plastic cover on powder.
